FreeCollaboration is controlled, not automatic
Information from another app arrives as information from a source. Where the workflow requires it, the receiving app stages, reviews and explicitly accepts or rejects it before changing its own authoritative records. Provenance stays attached.
A seat is a person with a useful role
Seats describe entitled people in a relevant account or project context. They are not ownership of copied project truth and they are not arbitrary feature locks. The Customer remains the highest customer-side authority over their own project relationships.
Local-first by default
Normal operational work stays in the apps and should remain useful without continuous internet. Platform handles account, support and future commercial concerns; it does not host normal BOQs, daily logs, stock ledgers or customer project records.
Why paid plans may exist later
Future paid capability is intended to support durable account, entitlement, seat and service value around the product family—not to hold user data hostage. No price or final paid plan is being claimed on this site today.
