- Subscription/entitlement and manual payment records where used
- Referral/support/security history
- Minimum accountability audit records for high-value Platform actions
What Platform should not hold
- Normal project databases and BOQs
- Daily site logs or workforce records
- Hardware stock ledgers
- Customer house/project operational records
- Site evidence merely because apps collaborate
Requests
Signed-in users can request data access, correction or deletion/de-identification review through Support. Requests are human-reviewed and outcomes are recorded. Exact legal retention periods and final policy wording require jurisdiction-specific validation before production publication.
